3. Device Information and Push Notifications
We collect a device token (or similar identifier) when you log in so we can send you push notifications (e.g. order updates, interview reminders, messages). Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Google may process data needed to deliver these messages.
4. Payment Information
Payments in the app (e.g. for orders) are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details are sent to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe’s collection and use of your payment data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We receive only the information needed to confirm the transaction (e.g. last four digits of the card, brand) where relevant for your account or support.
5. Video Interviews and Recording
Video interviews are provided using Agora. When you join a video interview, we use your device’s camera and microphone to send and receive audio and video. That data is processed by Agora in real time. Agora’s practices are described in Agora’s Privacy Policy . For some interviews, recruiters may record the session. Recordings may be used for recruitment decisions and for AI-based interview analysis as described in this policy. We retain recordings in line with our data retention practices.
6. Photos and Uploaded Files
We collect photos and files you choose to upload, including CV/resume images, product images etc. These are used to provide the relevant feature, improve our services, and as described in this policy.
7. Address and Location Data
For orders, we may collect address information, when you add or select a delivery or business address. This data is used to fulfil orders, show relevant locations, and improve our services.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect or process data in connection with our app:
- Google Firebase – for push notifications; Google Privacy Policy.
- Stripe – for payment processing; Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Agora – for video interviews and related recording; Agora Privacy Policy.
AI and Automated Processing
HealthHive uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to improve user experience and provide better recommendations within the platform. Some user data such as profile information, interests, job preferences, interview recordings, and activity data may be processed by AI systems to generate insights, recommendations, and platform improvements.

Only the necessary data required for these features is processed by AI systems. HealthHive does not sell personal data to third parties.

HealthHive stores and processes user data on secure servers hosted by Hostinger. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
All sensitive data is transmitted using secure encrypted connections. We continuously monitor and update our systems to maintain high security standards.
Use of Date of Birth, Nationality and Profile Information
Certain profile information such as date of birth, nationality and professional background is collected to improve the overall user experience within the HealthHive platform.
This information may be used for:
- Providing relevant job opportunities to suitable candidates
- Helping recruiters identify appropriate candidates for hiring
- Improving platform recommendations and personalization
- Understanding user demographics to improve our services
Date of birth may be used to understand age groups for better platform experience and eligibility for certain opportunities. Nationality information may be used to connect users with relevant opportunities, institutions, or recruiters based on regional requirements.
This information is used strictly to improve services and is not sold to advertisers or third parties.
9. Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores session and account-related data on your device (e.g. login token, user type, preferences) so you can stay signed in and use the app. This data is stored in a secure manner on the device and is not shared with other apps unless you explicitly share content.
10. Why We Need Certain Permissions
The app may request permissions for:
- Camera and microphone – for video interviews for voice input and camera-based features.
- Photos / storage – to let you choose profile pictures, documents, product images etc.
- Notifications – to send you push notifications (e.g. orders, interviews, messages).
- Network / connectivity – to load content and communicate with our servers.
We use these only for the purposes described in this policy and in the in-app permission prompts.
11. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or resolve disputes. For example, we may retain account data while your account is active and for a period after closure; interview recordings and analysis for recruitment and legal purposes; and payment-related records as required by financial regulations.
