7. Recruitment and Hiring
Recruiters may use the platform to post job opportunities and review candidate profiles. HealthHive does not guarantee employment and is not responsible for hiring decisions made by recruiters.
8. Payments
Payments processed through the platform may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. HealthHive does not store full payment card details on its servers.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content including logos, design, software, and trademarks belong to HealthHive or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
HealthHive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
HealthHive is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect damages, financial loss, or service interruptions resulting from platform usage.
