1. Purpose of this Notice

This AI Processing Notice forms part of the Health Hive by Valkyrie Legal Package. It explains how automated tools are used, their limits, and your responsibilities. By tapping Agree, you confirm that you understand and accept these limits.

2. AI features in Health Hive

Depending on your role and entitlements, Health Hive may use automated / AI-assisted processing for:

Hive Screen — ranking or scoring applicants for an employer’s review
CV assist — drafting or suggesting résumé text that you may edit or reject
Interview notes — optional transcription or summarisation when recording is enabled
Document / ID checks — reading expiry dates, names, or similar fields from images you upload (for example student ID for Student Plus pricing)

3. What AI does not do

AI in Health Hive does not:

Issue, renew, or guarantee any professional healthcare licence
Diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice
Hire, reject, or legally decide employment on behalf of an employer
Replace regulator, court, or licensed professional judgement
Guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any output

4. Human responsibility

Employers remain solely responsible for hiring decisions. Regulators remain solely responsible for licensing decisions. You remain solely responsible for the final content of your CV, job posts, product listings, and any documents you submit.

You must review AI outputs before relying on them. If an output is wrong, correct it or do not use it.

5. Data used for AI tasks

AI features process only the inputs needed for the requested task (for example application materials for Hive Screen, CV text for assist, audio/transcript for interview notes, or an ID image for eligibility checks). Processors may see that input solely to perform the task under our instructions.

We do not sell AI inputs for advertising. Retention follows the Privacy Policy and operational need for the feature (including abuse prevention and support).

6. Optional vs required AI

You may use substantial parts of Health Hive without enabling optional AI tools. Where a paid feature is itself AI-assisted (for example Hive Screen ranking or CV Pro AI), that processing is inherent to the feature you purchase or unlock.

Student-ID automated checks are required only when you request student pricing that depends on verification.

Where an in-product control exists to disable optional AI, turning it off stops new optional processing going forward.

7. No warranty for automated outputs

AUTOMATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY. They may be biased, outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Valkyrie is not liable for decisions made solely on automated scores, drafts, transcripts, or document reads, except where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law.

8. Acceptance

By agreeing to the Legal Package, you acknowledge this AI Processing Notice, accept the limits above, and agree not to represent AI outputs as official regulatory, medical, or employment determinations.
