Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Health Hive by Valkyrie, a software application operated by Valkyrie Information Technology, Dubai, UAE (“Valkyrie”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account, tapping Agree, or using the Service, you enter a binding agreement with Valkyrie under these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the AI Processing Notice (together, the “Legal Package”).
2. The Service — what Health Hive is
Health Hive is software that provides career and education tools, licensing preparation checklists, a vendor product catalogue and order workflow, and employer listing / applicant workflow tools (including Hive Screen).
Subscriptions and in-app purchases pay for software access and related digital features (for example Plus, recruiter seats, or vendor listing). They are not a placement fee, recruitment commission, or government licensing fee.
3. What Health Hive is not
Valkyrie and Health Hive do not:
- Employ healthcare staff on your behalf or act as your employer
- Charge a fee contingent on a hire (“placement fee”)
- File, sponsor, or guarantee licences with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, or any other regulator
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care
- Manufacture, import, wholesale, or retail regulated medicines
- Operate as a licensed healthcare facility or licensed recruitment agency by virtue of this app alone
Any hiring decision, clinical decision, or regulatory filing remains solely with the relevant human decision-maker and competent authority.
4. Eligibility and accurate information
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You must use your real identity where the Service requires verification (including student pricing and identity/business document uploads).
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
5. Role-specific rules
- Students: educational and career tools; student ID may be required for Student Plus pricing only.
- Professionals: career, licensing checklist, and marketplace features for personal professional use as permitted.
- Recruiters: job posting and applicant tools for legitimate hiring workflows; upload Emirates ID and Employee ID as required; keep Hospital Logo accurate if provided.
- Vendors: list your own lawful products; upload Emirates ID and Trade Licence as required; you are responsible for product descriptions, fulfilment, and compliance. No medicines.
You must not misrepresent your role, credentials, organisation, or documents.
6. User content and documents
You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, documents, logos, job posts, product listings, recordings you initiate). You grant Valkyrie a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service you requested.
You represent that you have the right to upload identity and business documents and that they are genuine. Fraudulent documents may result in immediate suspension and referral to authorities where appropriate.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and restore
Paid features are billed through the applicable platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or Stripe where enabled). Platform refund and billing rules apply. Use Restore where offered to recover eligible entitlements on a device.
Failure to pay or chargeback abuse may result in loss of paid features.
8. Acceptable use
You must not: scrape or attack the Service; upload malware; harass others; post unlawful content; circumvent security or paywalls; misuse AI outputs as official decisions; or use the Service to facilitate fraud, unlicensed practice, or illegal trade.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER UAE LAW, VALKYRIE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AI outputs, checklists, rankings, transcripts, and document reads may be incomplete or incorrect. They are assistive only.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER UAE LAW, VALKYRIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, HIRING OUTCOMES, LICENSING OUTCOMES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
VALKYRIE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VALKYRIE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) AED 500, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valkyrie and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a new in-app version. Continued use after acceptance of the updated Legal Package constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
14. Trade licence clarification
Valkyrie Information Technology holds Dubai DET professional trade licence 1413199. That trade licence is not a DHA facility licence and not a recruitment licence.
Health Hive is a product of Valkyrie Information Technology.
